Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Conducting building tours for prospective residents; leasing apartments according to property policies and procedures
Completing credit checks and other application requirements
Assisting with move-in / move-out process
Performing general office duties, including answering phones, greeting guests and obtaining resident keys
Regular weekend hours required

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

Qualified candidates will be self-starters and have at least 2 years of related experience with proven, exceptional closing skills.
